Bevore leaving here again, I was given some tasks... First, I was told, not to complain to much about my stressful life at home, as it should be rediculously easy for me, to handle 10h clinic a day, combined with diploma research, fitnesscenter and mag-work... so, I wont complain ;-) Second, I was told, that I keep thanking people all around the globe for every help they give me, but I never thank my family and hotel-mama at home... So, I really wanna thank my mum for spoiling me 24/7 when I am at home... Thats why I keep coming back :-)!!!!Continue reading Comments (0) 11.03.2010. 17:26
Kitestock Event at Perth
Whenever I was thinking of Australia, I was thinking of endless wilderness, lots of dangerous animals, adventurous, etc… Melbourne had definitely been totally different than that, and so I was really excited how Perth in Western Australia would be! And my dream did not get disappointed! We were living at Andres place, who I hereby want to thank one more time for the hospitality and help. His house is just right at the beach, you could hear the waves… a dream!!! Every morning I either went for some surfing or went for a jog at the beach. That is really how I could imagine my own home! After breakfast I usually did some work for my diploma research or studied, and when the sea breeze came at around 11, I went for some great kite sessions…Continue reading Comments (0) 26.02.2010. 11:21
Kiteevent in Melbourne
The flights to get here, were really one of the longest ones in my life. First I finished my Round The World Ticket from Los Angeles to Tokyo, and then I flew via Bangkok and Singapore to Melbourne. The Australian Championship was held here at the beach of St. Kilda, and I was invited as one of the guests of honor. They even used me for their flyer which is a pretty big honor considering how far away I am from...Continue reading Comments (2) 14.02.2010. 09:22

Snowkiting, Coverage & Sequences
The last weeks back home have been quite stressfull. I was working at the uni or at the clinic 12h a day, adding up to studying and diploma research, there was no real time for anything else! This weekend I took off 2 days and went snowkiting with Daniel. We drove to a super sick spot in Italy, with 3D kiting-area and nice wind. The conditions were some of the best I have ever had, and so I enjoyed it, even though I dont like the winter so much normally...Continue reading Comments (3) 24.01.2010. 11:19
Goodbye Capetown
The last week here was actually quite good. The waves got ibgger than 5m and I will remember the 2 sessions in Hakgat for a long time. I did not go for any Freestyle any more, but mostly on my 6m Bandit3 and my 5-10 Signature into the waves. They were quite challenging, but not cause they had 1½ boom height, but rather cause there is a lot of chop on the wave with the 30 kts wind... Anyways, it was tons of fun...Continue reading Comments (0) 09.01.2010. 16:43
A Happy New Year 2010 from Capetown
The winds here are finally full-on! I basically never take a bigger kite than 7 and the word underpowered does not exist anymore ;-) 30kts minimum day-in-day-out, and sometimes it is that strong that i dont even go out on my 6. Most of the days I go Freestyling in the morning when the wind is still a little lighter and change onto my Waveboard for some surf in the afternoons...Continue reading Comments (1) 02.01.2010. 08:04
First Week in Capetown
I have been in Capetown now for a week. The wind hasnt been quite as good as hoped, but it was ok for 2 nice sessions: One with some great swell at Dolphin Beach with my surfboard and the other one a Wakestyle Session in Langebaan. Other than that me and my girlfriend Jac drive around alot and visit nature and are amazed by the wonderful landscape. We just seen the Cape, which is really impressive. X-mas was pretty mellow, sitting together with the Schitzhofer family and Jac... pretty chilled. I am studying pretty energetic and try to finish my diploma research. Always busy...Continue reading Comments (0) 27.12.2009. 14:13
Merry X-mas from Capetown
Only 1 week working at the clinic almost got me Burned-Out. I had to work 10h a day on the clinic, then get my diploma going, write some kite stories from Taiwan and with no real time left it was pretty tough. But it was only one week, so I have got vacation and time to relax now. I just spent 2 days in Basel with at a very good friends birthday party, and now I am at the airport on my way to Capetown. I will spend the next 3 weeks there, working together with a magzine, but also studying alot, kiting and having fun! I will keep you up to date regularily, no worries! So I am wishing everybody a MERRY X-MAS!!! Celebrate as much as you can, dont eat too much and stay ready for the next upcoming season :-)
Cheers
Jule

Honkong & Taiwan
10 days in Hong Kong and Taiwan... and I am already on my way back home! Sorry, for not giving you any updates, but there had been non-stop action and I wanted to focus on getting great material and good promotion there! First I was 5 days at the KTA in Hong Kong as a Promotion-Rider and judge, and afterwards I flew to Taiwan for 5 day to write a travelstory for Fone and Stance-magazine...Continue reading Comments (0) 11.12.2009. 20:10
