Oman - Muscatcitytour
The flight in C was pretty relaxed of course! Once we arrived in Muscat at 23:00 the heat was still almost unbearable and felt like a huge slap into our faces! Alex from Oman-Kiteboarding picked us up and drove us to his kite station. It is sooooo darn hot here... over 40 degrees at night and almost 50 degrees in the shades during the day. Flying to OMAN... OHHH MANNNN!!!!!
After being not even 24 hours back home between Portugal and Oman I am once again at the airport in Munich! Thanks to 4 Season Travel everything has worked out perfect with the shuttle transfers!!!! I will now be in Oman together with the only local kitesurf school Oman-Kiteboarding on a pretty exciting trip along the coast! I dont think I will have internet on a regular basis so I am afraid I wont be able to provide you with regular updates but I will write a great Resumee after the trip! Kartel - Fone Freestyle Session 2009
YEAHHH!! Its done!!! 10 days filming in Egypt and a lot of hours of work done by Band-Originale... here is the result!!! It turned out to be super sick!!! I am stoked!!!!
After lots of studying I will finally get on some travelling again now: USA, Portugal, Oman,... i will keep you posted!!!

Learn2Kite.at - Official FONE Kiteschool Lake Achen
The only official kite school at my local spot Lake Achen Learn2Kite.at is now an official Fone Kiteschool with brandnew 2009 kites and boards. The have only approved kite instructors and can offer to both, beginners or advanced riders, perfect help and tips. This weekend on the 30th and 31st of May they will have their season-opening, so come by, check out some cool stuff and have fun!!!!
You can find all the infos about the classes, prices and reports right on Learn2Kite.at. They also have a pretty good link for the weather and wind up on the lake combined, which is pretty smar :-)

Coverage Update
As I am not into competitions anymore I really focused on working together more with magazines and getting really great pictures. Thereby I was able to increase my mag-coverage by 5 times!!! Thanx to my girlfriend Jac, who was documenting pretty much all of my trips on camera, I already have over 40 pages of coverage this year worldwide: Australia, South-Africa, Spain, N-America and of course all over Europe… But I am most happy of the 4 covers that I achieved already, 2 of which I just got in the last two weeks, one is on the Dutch Kitemag Access and the other one on a Sportspaper in Austria! FONE - New Website
Last weekend I spend a few days at my homespot LakeGarda and it showed me once again how perfect kiting could get. Together with my girlfriend Jacqueline, my almost-brother-Daniel and my webmaster Martin we enjoyed near-perfect conditions every day. I was on my 10 every day, throwing out one trick after the other, having fun like hardly ever before! And thanx to my new wetsuits from SOORUZ I didnt freeze in the only 10 degrees cold water :-) The forecast for the upcoming weekend is again super sick, so I will be there once again for sure! YEAH!!!

Videoshoot Zafarana - Amazing days
10 days in Zafarana flew by like nothing. Right now I am in the Lounge in Cairo on my way back to Innsbruck. Except of one day we had wind for 14 or smaller every day. And 2 days I was even over on my 5,5. Pretty great average, and that day off was very nice to chill. We got awesome action on the water, getting lots of hours of filming and pictures. Videoshoot Zafarana
After a 12h drive and not even 24h at home I was already on my way from Innsbruck via Vienna to Cairo where I was invited by Fone to join the VideoShoot at the Fone Station of Ibi&Friends in Zafarana. The 3 hour transfer from Cairo to the station was pretty exhausting but once arrived, everything was cool and super relaxed. Eli Zarka from Israel, Randy Hereman from Holland, Pauline Boussard from France, Daniel Alvarez from Spain and me were invited to produce the latest Freestyle Video for Fone. Fone-HQ
After I have been pretty much working my ass off at university I decided to surprise my girlfriend in Canada with a spontaneous visit... and guess what, she pretty much stunned when I rang at her door :-) hahahaha! There I used the time to chill a little but also study for some upcoming exams. About a week ago I came back home and left off for the first tourstop of the pkra in France.
